My experience with Tanya has been quite pleasant. ive actually used her services on THREE different occasions! The first, I didnt actually purchase a house, however, she assisted through helping me place my first offer, and the second was the sale of my first home! This is a very intense process, and it help drastically to have such a knowledgable agent at your side to guide you through the process! Tanya was very readily available to answer all of my questions! Shes very thoughtful as well. Little things go a long way, and when I receive an invitation to an event she had for her clients, and even a birthday card and plant on my birthday, it was very much appreciated. Right now, Im on my third use of Tanyas services, and she doesnt disappoint. After all this work weve done together, I consider Tanya as a true acqaintance, and not just my agent. Even the salesperson for my new home Im building gave compliment to Tanya and was quite impressed with her real estate knowledge. I definitely recommend her services and will continue to seek her expertise for my home buying/selling transactions.
