There are a million wonderful things I can share about my experience working with Tanya, but for the sake of keeping it short and sweet, I will share just a few. First off, Tanya’s attitude and demeanor are so great for a job in real estate. She’s kind, funny, and an overall pleasure to be around, and also knowledgeable and professional.I was hesitant to sell my home. I loved the area, I loved the house, and my babies were growing up there, but we needed the space to grow. Tanya began “courting us” and stayed in contact at a comfortable level until we were ready. She kept us informed about the market, really helped us understand the price we should list for (way more than I anticipated), and gave us clear next steps the entire way. She calmed my anxiety about open house and showings, and as she assured me, the home sale went smooth.She guided us through the entire process front to back and stood by our side even at closing.And the experience has not stopped! Tanya helped us find our new home in this crazy market and got us a fair price even in a seller’s market!
