Tabby did an amazing good job assisting me with the purchase of my Condo, especially given the fact that I was new to Dallas, new to the USA and also did not have a car for the viewings. She quickly identified my needs as a client. This made viewings painless, short-listing a lot easier, and she somehow identified requirements that I have not thought of, did not know I needed :-). Tabbys market knowledge was instrumental in negotiating a fair purchase price and helped reduced my closing cost. Tabby was involved in every aspect and was ALWAYS available to answer any questions I had. Property purchasing is typically stressful, but Tabby made the journey as painless as possible. Lastly, Tabbys closing ceremony was a huge surprise and was a lovely touch to mark the end of the journey (search to purchase).
