Sue did an excellent job as my realtor for my home purchase, which was super impressive b/c it was a challenging process from start to finish… and she handled it with resilience, skill, and efficiency.My home buying process was a non-stop chain of unfortunate events, all of which were outside of anybodys control... basically anything that could _possibly_ go wrong along the way, went wrong. A foundation issue during the inspection, a pipe break resulting from the foundation getting fixed, closing delays due to the foundation and pipe repairs, expiration of my mortgage interest rate lock from the closing delays, the title company getting hacked, etc.... it is almost comical how many things went sideways.And that entire time... Sue was on top of -everything-, smoothly pivoting at every turn, adapting to constantly changing conditions, and keeping everything together and moving forward.It was Sues suggestion that brought in a foundation inspector, and he identified an issue that would have been very messy and very expensive for me to deal with post-close. By this problem being identified at the outset, the repairs (and the repairs resulting from those repairs) were all taken care of (and paid for) by the builder and the seller, so by the time I got the keys, everything was properly resolved and I didnt have to deal with or pay for any of it.She kept me informed of things all along the way, and was very responsive to my questions/needs.The measure of somebodys ability isnt what they do when everything goes right, its what they do when everything goes wrong. And Sue crushed it with professionalism, expediency, communication, and skill.
