Rating 4-Initial step in sale of property. Professional, considerate, and polite.Rating 5-Contract and paperwork. Andrea was very polite and informative, and communicated well thru whole process. I was not easiest person to deal with thru this process. Contracts are wrote quite differently than what they use to be. So even with my fears,doubts, and skepticism, Andrea was very patient with me thru it all.Rating 5-Renovation work. Very, very impressed with Rivas Painting whom has done literally all the work. From clean out to repairs. Very hard workers. Very respectful for the property and folks/neighborhood around them. This property was in very poor condition. Please see before and after shots.

When I saw Cameron and his son on their TV commercial, I thought that he would be the right choice to work with on the sale of a rental property. At the first meeting, Cameron inspected the property, made offer and completed the contract. From that time until closing and funding everything went as planned. I highly recommend StrykCam to anyone needing to sale to sale property.

I cannot say enough about Cameron, Andrea, and Reagan!!! When I first reached out to them I was very Leary because I had just gone through a horrible experience with someone else I reached out to about my property. After talking to Cameron one time I could tell that he was an honest man with integrity and he stood firm on his word. Everything Cameron and his team said they were going to do they did it in the timeframe stated! Dealing with them was like a breath of fresh air after my experience. They kept me updated every step of the way as did the title company. Kris Stokes at Capital Title was just as attentive. Y’all if you’re thinking of selling your property, but your nervous because of all the scams out there please do yourself a favor and reach out to StrykCam!!! The stress of my property became so overwhelming and I needed help and StrykCam provided that help. Cameron also told me when he found out what this other investor was doing to me that he wanted to meet me in person to make me feel more comfortable. I appreciated that (even though my work schedule didn’t allow it) it still meant the world to me that he cared enough! Thank you StrykCam for making what seemed like the impossible possible.

We handled the estate of a family member who passed away. He was a dear soul, single, and always came to visit but insisted we never visited at his home. We didn’t realize he was a hoarder.After administering a lengthy and difficult estate, from a different city and county, we began to deal with the process of selling the home. We searched companies who were experienced with this level of clearing and cleaning, waste disposal, and the probable repairs and inspections. The details and climbing costs were somewhat overwhelming. Afterawhile, we decided to sift through the cards with offers to buy the property.we actually didn’t put much hope into these.However I’m so glad we did a bit of research. We decided we wanted someone who seemed to be “local” to the home county. We also looked for a Better Business Bureau member and rating, and years of experience. We decided upon StrykCam and another company to call first. All of my “I really don’t know what or how to ask” questions were answered in that first phone call with, Reagan. She was encouraging, respectful of the situation and completely explained what was involved of buying an “as is” property, while making it as easy as possible on us as out of town sellers. She had her boss, Cameron, call us right away to further discuss and set an appointment time that was convenient for us to look at the property. We met one day, with two appointments, the following week. Cameron was prompt, honest and very respectful of the circumstances. We liked him immediately. He didn’t give us a “slick” impression, but one of honesty and integrity. He told us about his family owned company, the entire as-is process, they take care of all closing costs, and the time frame. We were cautious but hopeful.. We got home and he called right away with a fair and competitive purchase price and explained the very simple and “painless” process and timeline. We accepted the offer.As promised, Andrea - Cam’s partner, called us right back, answered all of our current questions and walked us through the forthcoming paperwork process and timeline of about 10 days! The completed paperwork was emailed the next day, requiring electronic signatures. It was a speedy and simple completion. While on the phone, she let us know it was received, she signed her part and immediately sent the completed agreement back to us, Andrea then let me know when it was sent to the title company; she texted that one step was completed; she called a couple of days later that another was awaiting a form between the company and state; and finally that everything was set on closing the next week. She explained that the title company would contact us to have a mobile notary come to our home for finalization. That contact was set two days later. She was also very personable and professional, prompt, very thorough. She told us she would fax the documents and we would probably have the money wired that afternoon. The money was in the estate account that day. All in all, probably due to a holiday observance during this time, closing took about 13 days. Still, amazing!Needless to say, we are so recommend StrykCam without reservations! These are good, friendly folks, sensitive and professional!

It was such a pleasure working with this team from start to finish. The offer on my home was a little lower than I wanted but Cameron was there to help any way he could. Considering the market and my situation it ended up being fair. We closed within 30 days which was amazing! Calls were always answered or returned within minutes. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and made this process so unbelievably easy. I would highly recommend StrykCam!

I had a very satisfying experience with Strykcam. Their approach was low key , friendly, and provided as much assistance as I needed. They met my financial requirements and the sale process went very smoothly. They conducted business in a very transparent manner, did what they said they would, and in everything was done in a timely manner. I appreciate that they were willing to purchase my house in as is condition. I believe that it was a fair and beneficial transaction for both parties. Oh man, where to begin!Simply put, if your looking for a very fast sell at a fair price, these are the people to deal with. I tried 3 other companies before this one, all 3 came up short, very short, one wanted to offer only half, one wouldnt answer or return calls, and the other flaked out literally at the last min, finally I called Cameron, I had my doubts at first, but he took it and ran, answered my calls when I had questions and if I left a message, he got back to me fast, usually in 30 min or less. And Andrea was just as good, these guys have a really good system for what they do and they do it well. We closed on the day I wanted to, witch was a fast close, my cash was in the bank 2 hours after close. And it was just as they said, as is, made no repairs, I took what I wanted and just left what I didnt, they made this so easy, and I paid nothing out of pocket. They covered all closing cost. I think the price we came to was a very fair price. We are super happy with the openess and how honest they were with us during the whole process. Trust me, dont waste your time with those little middle man people, call Stryk cam and get it done right the first time, they wont lie or waste your time, very honest and up front people!
