Steve Oliver should be the first person you call if buying or selling in Odessa. We had our home listed with an out-of-town agent and got zero results. After sitting down with Steve we knew he was the right person for the job - his market analysis was spot on, and he knows the Odessa market better than anyone else. Steve’s fees are reasonable, he communicates better than anyone I’ve met in a very long time – phone calls, emails, and text, and you won’t meet a nicer guy. Steve had our house sold in a few short months and helped us with a very complicated transaction with zero issues. I can’t recommend Steve Oliver enough, he really should be your first phone call if you’re buying or selling in Odessa.

It is an absolute pleasure knowing and working with Steve Oliver! After meeting with Steve the first time many years ago, it was immediately clear Steve is an extremely knowledgeable realtor, and has helped up navigate multiple complicated real estate transactions, and knew exactly how to price the transactions to maximize our profit, while getting these properties sold as quickly as possible. He has recently sold our home as well as a land lot during a very difficult market, when we didnt see much hope of finding a buyer while the economy was down. As always, Steve was the ultimate professional and knew how to handle the transactions, and made them seem effortless because he is the most friendly guy you will ever have the pleasure of knowing! Steve Oliver should be everyones first phone call if you need to complete a real estate transaction.
