Steph is the best! Hands down! She is very detailed, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and just a really good human being. She spent an entire day showing us properties and was very patient and supportive. She answered all of our questions thoroughly throughout the entire process and she sent us reminders and called often to make sure we had everything we needed. Because we were far away and not able to be at the new house for many appointments and builder meetings she gladly offered to be there on our behalf while facetiming. Steph definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. She even picked up a huge package of frozen cat food that was delivered to our new house early and found room in her own freezer until we moved in! We give her our highest possible recommendation! We could not have had a better experience with this purchase because she was extremely helpful and on top of everything.

She is knowledgeable, friendly, and very detailed driven. She is also very accommodating to all our showing requests. Working with Steph was a huge help when my partner and I were looking for a rental. We were moving from VA to Austin and didnt have the ability to see the places in person. She graciously set up viewing appointments at the places we were interested in and facetimed us so we could have a virtual tour. She also went out of her way to suggest areas she thought we would like as well as restaurants to try when we got here. I would definitely recommend Steph to a friend in need of a realtor!

Steph is honestly the only reason I was able to transform the last year from being the first time I ever had a residence destroyed by a fire to becoming a first time home buyer. I work for myself and sometimes proving income is difficult. Steph connected me with the right people to work through all of these things as well as helped me with every step of the home-buying process. I always felt sure that someone had my back and was never concerned about being left high and dry. Stephs knowledge of the industry and competence to navigate negotiations, inspections, and all the other ins and outs of the process really made what is often such a stressful experience flow as smoothly as possible.

We came to find Steph via a recommendation, and it is probably the best recommendation we’ve ever been given. We were in the process of moving halfway across the country during one of the craziest markets to ever exist. Then add on the fact that we never had the opportunity to fly here and actually see the houses for ourselves. Steph went above and beyond doing virtual tours of the homes, their neighborhoods, and towns so we could get an idea of the area. She ended up finding us the perfect home for our family and becoming a good friend in the process. When things became difficult when we were under contract, she walked us through each step with the patience of a saint. There is no one else I would trust more to help me in the home buying process in Austin (and the surrounding areas) than Steph.

I dont know where to begin. I do write this review with trepidation that the more people realize how good Steph is, her star will rise & I need her for my next home purchase once Im in Austin. I am currently out of state, received a job offer on 1/12/21 to start in Austin by 2/14/21. Over the next 4 days I was turned down by one realtor who doesnt do rentals anymore, even though he previously did when I lived in a different part of Austin in 2016-2017. It can be a terrible feeling to have realtors treat rentals as less than-we need to get to know an area before buying. So I googled realtors that work with renters and found a few but Stephs reviews from fellow out of staters in my same situation, having to make swift moves to Austin, raved about Stephs ability to find the perfect place by virtually touring properties with you. I called her on a Sunday, 1/16/21, she picked up on 1 ring, was at an appointment & called me back shortly after. Within a day of hearing my requisites, she set me up with a portal. The next day we went through each one with what made it a favorite, what made it a possibility or why I hated it. Then the virtually touring began of my favorites, I felt as though I was there and her ability to show you all the pros and cons of a property in detail far and above. Her knowledge of product materials used in the home is bar none. Cant be on the virtual call??? No problem, shell record it and send it to you. She hustled for me and SHE kept MY spirits up, Austins rental market is pricey and competitive, some of my favorite properties were being rented sight unseen by people and I got nervous every time it happened. No fear, Steph started digging for properties NOT showing up in my portal. What we started on 1/16/21 ended with me putting in 2 applications on 1/22, another on 1/23, all great properties I loved, and got approved on 1/25 for my happy little home until I buy property once Im more familiar with this new area of Austin. On a final note, the lease on my new property was 36 pages, required 67 initials or signatures, and she went through it with me line by line. Steph is unique, not like other realtors Ive worked with. Shes my forever realtor, and now I can also call her a friend.

Cannot recommend Steph enough! She was with my husband and I every step of the way from thinking about getting pre-approved all the way to the handing of the keys! In a VERY competitive sellers market, Steph would show us any and every house we wanted to see.
