Well, if I tried to write every detail of how Melody made our real estate transaction the best experience we’ve had, you might get bored and stop reading because that’s a very long list. My husband and I were referred to Jeannette through a family friend who also happens to be a realtor in the DFW area. We were looking to relocate back to Austin from San Francisco. We had lived in the Austin area prior, but Austin has grown tremendously over the years on top of this being our first home purchase. Jeannette spent countless hours over text, calls, videos etc walking us through the process and neighborhoods and accommodating our different timezone work schedules.When we came to Austin for showings, Jeannette picked us up in her car, drove us all over the place for a full couple of days. Given we were tight on time, we had asked to skip meals to fit in a couple more showings and Jeannette didnt even bat an eye. Through driving the neighborhoods, it was evident, Jeannette has deep knowledge of Austin - she knew which neighborhoods were great, what amenities each had (if any) and where they were located so we could view them while we were in town, appreciation projections and investment areas.After we chose a house to put an offer in on, we met the rest of Jeannettes team - Amy & Melanie who were equally as amazing. Amy kept us all organized and on track with our aggressive close date while Melanie helped with operations. Everyone was very responsive throughout - we often didnt go more than an hour without a reply from the whole team which was greatly appreciated given our distance.We were also very pleased with the amount of connections Jeannette and her team have. We needed referrals for a few things as most houses generally do and she had multiple referrals for us to contact immediately.Overall given this is our first home purchase, we dont have much to compare our experience, but Jeannette and her team have definitely set our bar HIGH!
