Spencer recently sold us our house. His knowledge base of the area and prices was extensive . We purchased the first home Spencer showed us after several rounds of price negotiations. His knowledge of price comps in our area helped with our negotiations and we were able to purchase our home at a reasonable price. He also offered valuable financial advice throughout the entire process. I hope we don’t ever need to sell our home, but if so, we will definitely be calling Spencer again. He is honest, trustworthy, does strategic research about the current housing market and provided financial advice we had never even considered.
