I have just recently went to Spartan to find a mobile home.. Mrs. Belinda Matt is the most helpful, sweet, genuine person. She helped me and my boyfriend find the best home that worked for us, walked us through the whole process, and put our concerns first through everything. I cannot thank her enough for giving us a home we will forever be grateful for. If y’all are looking for trustworthy, dependable people.. people who put you at the top of their list, I definitely recommend them.. Thank you Spartan Homes of Lake Charles and Mrs. Belinda! Belinda Matte was absolutely awesome to work with when shopping and then finally purchasing my new home after the 2020 hurricanes severely damaged my home of 41 years. I recently bought a mobile home from Spartan. I absolutely had the best experience from start to finish. Out of all the mobile home dealers in Lake Charles, the staff at Spartan are the best and most efficient people to work with.

Spartan Homes is the best in the area at what they do, they have a wide range of homes to choose from which I can really appreciate and I want to give a huge shout at to their associate Dylan, he went above and beyond when showing me a few of the homes, answered all my questions I had and was very professional, he made my experience one Ill use to gauge other places like this, however I dont think there are other places that provide this service as well as Spartan Homes does.

It was very nice the sales person she very nice just that I was hoping to get a hand cap Bathroom for the price we paid for the trailer because I need a handed cap tub and could not get one of I would have new that I would had shop around a lil bit more but the sale rep was so nice and polite I went her I would go back to them anytime and I would wreck men people to go check the out
