I researched several home buyers and when I found sound homebuyers, I knew I found the right group. Eric and Franklin were so amazing and were always there for me. I had to go in front of the city regarding the property and Franklin was with me the whole way. I couldnt have gone through that by myself. They are very professional and caring. They went above and beyond to make the selling process easy for me, knowing what i was going through. We had some issues with the process on my end and I was so stressed but Eric put me at ease and he always reassured me that everything will work out. Had constant contact and always in the loop. I would say, to me, it wasnt the easiest process at times for both of us due to the other issues. But they were resolved and we received a fair amount from the sale. I will recommend sound Homebuyers to everyone selling their home. Eric offered our family so much more than the typical assistance you would expect from a realtor. Selling a home can offer so many problems to say nothing of the emotional experience.In the business side, Eric met each challenge with grace and knowledgewhich was such a huge help to us. When it came time to sell my house, I didnt want to go to all the trouble of making the necessary repairs. I just wanted to sell it and be done with it. I contacted several home buyer companies, and ended up going with Sound Homebuyers. I felt comfortable with them. They explained the process to me, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, made me a reasonable offer, and werent pushy like some others were. True to their word, they let this be on my time frame. I took what I wanted and walked away...it was that easy. No hidden tricks, no changes in what had been promised, and always available immediately. They were a great group of people to work with. Sound Homebuyers purchased my home in Houston. Franklin, Eric and their staff helped me with the paperwork needed to do an Affidavit of Heirship, which included 11 family members. They walked me through a very complicated process that took 6 months to finally get to closing. They were extremely helpful and encouraging when I was getting ready to give up. The entire staff and Chicago Title were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a property that is in need of some TLC. I give them an A+!
