When the time came to sell our parents home of 56 years and make the move to an assisted living facility we felt lucky to find Steve and his team at Solution HouseBuyers. He explained things clearly and concisely. Gave us a timeline to closing, and was ready to close on time with no delays. We got a fair price with none of the usual hassle of selling your home and trying to make updates in order to put it on the market in a more traditional way to sell. It was a difficult decision to let go of all the memories that house held but Steve was a huge assist along the way and we look forward to seeing a new family build memories there. Highly recommended! -
