Carl is great at what he does! He goes above and beyond the call of duty to be sure his clients are satisfied with their purchase, no matter how many views of several homes and/or builders it takes. Hes about integrity, commitment, honesty, professionalism, good moral character, knowledgeable, sincerity and the list goes on. I closed on my home two weeks ago and Carl sees to it that the builder stands by their word/promises to the homeowner. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. Give Carl a call for your home shopping needs, you wont be disappointed! Hes also funny😆

If youre looking to buy or sell get with these guys! We sold and purchased a home, both times using SPG. The brothers were awesome to work with! We had the worst experience in an attempted purchase and Johnathan and Carl were there for support and knowledge every step of the way. When that contract eventually fell through it was during the market frenzy. They hit the ground running trying to find us a home and get in contract before someone picks it up. Im super particular and they handled it with ease. We will definitely be using their services again for our next sell and purchase.

Johnathan worked so hard for us to find a home. In the current market, he viewed over 30 homes for us and put an offer on at least 10 of them for us over a 3 month period. We went through 4 contracts before we finally made it to closing and we finally have a home! We faced more struggles than most and Johnathan never batted an eye. He fought hard to get us in the beautiful home we are in today. Don’t bother calling anyone else. Silva Property Group truly does have your back!
