Showhomes did an excellent job on aligning the furnishings/decor with the remodeled style of our home. They were totally professional. There is no doubt in my mind that the staging helped the Buyers envision themselves living in the home. Highly recommend.

Expectations exceeded!! Communication, timeliness, quality of work, the entire experience was phenomenal. If you are a Realtor and not using ShowHomes, you need to - over 20 showings in 3 days, multiple offers, and went under contract at over list price! Absolutely amazing team! Long story short, my sellers decided to list early, and their new list date fell on the week of my wedding with me going out of the country after. Without asking, ShowHomes said Dont worry about a thing. Enjoy your honeymoon, and the home will sell as soon as you get back. I want to give a resounding shout out to The Show Homes Team!Our house had been on the market for 8 months and we switched realtors to Mark Bradford who brought with him his preferred staging company “Show Homes” with a claim that average days on market after staging is only 28 days.Mark told us to do exactly what they recommend, he would drive the traffic, and the house would sell fast. Show Homes came in, assessed the situation, provided advice on some updates for maximum impact & set our staging date. The staging was very professionally done and highlighted all the key features of the house. Once we went live with our new listing, we had over 20 people come through the doors and went under contract for our full $2,000,000 asking price in five days!Unbelievable!

I was a bit concerned about the price; but after seeing what they did- I was glad I had choose them to do our staging. Their interior decorator/designer presented a masterful touch in her design to create a modernistic style of furnishings that flowed throughout our home. OUTSTANDING! I am a realtor so I can say with some degree of experience with staging that this company is fantastic. Quality, ease of set up, payment, design, ....every aspect is great. Just had a home sell after 6 days on the market with multiple offers and sold for 7k over ask. Not only that... the quality of the furniture was so beautiful the home buyer ended up buying the staging furniture!!! Something tells me the staging was the KEY to this awesome sale.
