Shelly is amazing! She has helped my husband and I find tenants for our rental property in Spring, Texas for almost 10 years now. Recently, we decided to move from downtown Houston to Spring ourselves and Shelly helped us find the perfect home in record time. She directed us to options that were not picked up in the HAR searches we were conducting on our own, and helped us get what we felt like was a great deal on a new construction that we never thought would be in our price range. She was also invaluable during the search process at directing us to subdivisions that met our needs and desires and always being available at short notice to show us places we were anxious to see quickly. She also had great insight on which areas had flooded during Harvey and which had not, which is something everyone is concerned about now. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and if she didnt know something, she would go find out. She was also an advocate for us once we found the place we wanted. She was always in communication and always going the extra mile. We are so thankful to have had her with us for this journey; home buying can be stressful, but Shelly made it enjoyable and fun.
