Shary was awesome and super helpful with my wife and I being first time home buyers.We initially went in with a range of inner and outer city homes which meant a lot of driving/scheduling around Houston, and she was great at planning the most efficient route and was also super accommodating to our schedules to see any houses that we wanted to view.She’s extremely experienced and made us feel comfortable 100% of the time which was exactly what we needed since there are so many different groups of people that go in to purchasing a home. From picking a mortgage company, to negotiating our contract, to the day of closing she was giving us helpful information that either some people weren’t sharing or just things to look out for and always fought to get what was best for us.Probably best of all, she wasn’t ever pushy about anything, she let us decide what we wanted and she took care of the rest.We’ll definitely be using her again if we ever decide to purchase a new home!
