We have used Sharon as our realtor twice now and each time has been such a great experience! From helping understand costs of houses and which neighborhoods would appreciate fast (and did!) to helping us sell that first house and move into our new home. Sharon has been so kind, patient, caring and positive while protecting us from downsides in negotiations and house choice. She really takes time and care to understand our needs while facilitating the process and recommending mortgage brokers, painters etc that all came very highly recommended.Just a wonderful person to work with and so genuine in her happiness for our successful selling and buying of our houses!

Really enjoyed working with Sharon. Not only her positive outlook and work ethic, but she was able to discern what houses I should see and not see. Meaning, she didn’t waste my time showing me a house I wouldn’t be interested in (example, photos looked nice but it was on a busy street- something I didn’t want). The relationship didn’t feel like I was just a sale, but she wanted to help me find the right house instead of any house.

Our search initially started prior to the pandemic hitting us so we stopped our search for several months and then resumed late this summer. Throughout this time, Sharon maintained contact and worked very patiently with us as we worked through the process during this challenging time. Sharon was always very responsive to our inquiries and kept us up to speed almost daily with new listings or updates on current listings. Every time we wanted to look at a property, all we had to do was call her and either she herself or one of her associates made themselves available to meet our schedule.
