She helped my wife and I buy a home using a VA mortgage, even when two sellers rejected our offer (one reneging at the last minute) because of the potential repair costs the VA might mandate. She also collaborated well with our bank on the loan, and thanks to her extraordinary efforts, was able to ensure the closing occurred on time (in spite of the selling agents frequent procrastination).
