I worked with Sergio to find a space for a new business I was opening and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Sergio was communicative, quick to respond, kind and professional. In 2017, my husband and I turned to Sergio for a rental home. We found one that we liked and we moved in on no time! Whenever we experienced an issue with our rental property, Sergio and his team were quick to respond and act! Fast forward to July of 2019, we were ready to purchase our first home. Sergio told us to sit down together, write down what matters most to both of us in a home, and to let him know. After a few days, we went over our most important points and he definitely put in the work to personalize our search. After seeing a few houses, we found one that best suited our family. The buying process was seamless and Sergio walked us through our remodeling and even recommended us great help! Because of Sergio my husband and I were able to turn a house into a home to raise our son. I will be forever grateful!
