Joel has done an outstanding job selling my property. Very professional & knowledgeable, he guided me through a very contentious family upset. Was always available to answer my questions and offered excellent support through the entire unfortunate situation. He has been professional, patient, confident and loyal. His relationship with the city of Mesquite and the citys professionalism in working with Joel was a plus. A good man to have on your side. Its been a pleasure and a relief - I was lost when my husband of 57 years died and all of this property (including family conflicts) landed in my lap. I trusted Joel completely & do not regret doing so at all. His guidance was invaluable.
