This review is for Sebastian Battle. I can say that over my years I have purchased and sold three homes, and my experience with Sebastian was by far the best experience. In the middle of my home application process, I had an emergency situation with my current realtor, called Sebastian and he stepped in seamlessly and with out hesitation! His first question was “what can I do to help”. His work ethic, trust, honesty, and knowledge of the real estate business surpassed my expectations far before we got closing. He encouraged and advised me throughout the entire process which made me feel confident. Sebastian sense my anxiety and frustration during the process so on my behalf he said “don’t worry”, I will emailed the sales team, mortgage lender, and the title company to ensure every party in the process provided you the most accurate and up to date information. He was my TOTAL, and I mean TOTAL representation during this process, something he did not necessarily have to do. Any questions I had he answered them or did the research and got back to me. Whenever I texted or called him he responded immediately. He is super intelligent and knows his business inside and out. Even though he was not my attorney or advisor and had to disclaim that, he researched and gave me sound information about the mortgage process, the how new construction sales may have an impact on my end result. Sebastian is kind, considerate and very level-headed and cares about his clients. I genuinely feel like he loves what he does. I would 100 percent recommend him for your home sale or purchase.

I had the best experience using Sebastian Battle. He was the best real estate agent to lease my house after it did not sell with my last, unaffiliated realtor. He got me top dollar for my lease and it was $500 over per month what my last agent suggested. He will definitely be my agent when I go to sell. He understood the market and showed his ability to get my house on and off the market. It only took one week to lease my house. He was punctual in person, on the phone, and via text message. He has a very approachable personality and quickly answered any questions that arose. The leasing process was simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend Sebastian for selling or leasing your house!
