Scott was absolutely the best! My wife and I spoke to a couple realtors but none of them seemed to really care about our home search that much. Scott blew them all out of water! He was invested, communicative, polite and extremely well informed. He saved us thousands of dollars when representing us and fought for every penny! Buying a home is stressful but Scott felt like a friend who was by our side the entire time. He explained everything at every step of the process and made sure that we made the correct decisions for us. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will be recommending him to any and all of my friends as they try to navigate purchasing a home. You dont need to keep searching for an amazing realtor because if youre reading this you just found Scott!

I worked with Scott on the sale of my home in 2020. He very much helped alleviate the stress that goes into selling a home. He was very knowledgeable about the market and hitting the right price point. My home sold within 10 days, (back when the market wasnt as competitive). even selling before similar homes on my street that had been on the market longer. Scott is the quintessential realtor with his clients best interest in mind. He truly goes above and beyond.

**Update**6/2022-Scott did it again! He knows his stuff! He had my house sold in a couple of days. He went beyond any other realtor and got great photos, flyers, handouts, etc. not to mention have great advise on listing price, the market, how to stage, and more! I will definitely use Scott for any real estate matter for life!!!12/2020-Scott went above and beyond when helping me get my house! I would still be living at home if it weren’t for his expertise on the current market and working non stop to get the deal done! Such a sweat heart and kind guy too!

Scott worked with me on buying my first home and was absolutely incredible every step of the way. He walked me through the whole process in detail before I had even decided if I wanted to own a house - that gave me the confidence I needed to start looking. When I was finally ready to buy, he worked with me, listening to all my needs/wants, answering all my questions. Hes got a great sense of humor, made me feel comfortable looking at houses, and helped me identify what issues in each house were fixable and which were not. He worked over the holidays in December to help me find a place, and even returned to a previously visited property with me with no complaint. And Im glad he did - we put an offer in on that location and got it! He stayed with me throughout the closing process, and even now, one year later, checks in on me and helps me find good, reliable professionals to do work on the house. Im so glad Scott worked with me on this, he made an intimidating process feel easy. I would absolutely recommend Scott to anyone looking to own a house in Dallas.
