    I had the wonderful experience of working with Emma and Reena to sell my first home. I had already relocated to a different state, and throughout the process Emma and Reena made everything a breeze. Each week, I was provided with updates on traffic and market stats, and they were fully committed to coming up with unique marketing and pricing strategies to get my home sold in the middle of a difficult market. They went above and beyond by assisting with returning some internet equipment, ensuring utilities were shut off, and that yard care was continued throughout the length of the listing to ensure my home presented beautifully each week. Beyond that, they did AMAZING staging, which received many positive comments, and even came up with a creative marketing strategy where they partnered with local restaurants in my community to promote open houses by raffling off gift cards each weekend to open house attendees, in exchange for leaving marketing material for my listing at the local spots.As a previous agent myself, my expectations were extremely high and I can happily say that Emma and Reena well surpassed those, and made the process of selling my home stress free.

I actually came across Reena through her Instagram and TikTok where she posts super useful tips about the housing market (you should definitely check it out). From the very first meeting, Reena was professional and friendly. She made sure we understood every step of the process and when we had questions, she was quick to answer and jump in to help.As first time home buyers, we were unfamiliar with a few things, but we never worried because Reena would be by our side and advocate for us.     We have worked with Mandi Fulton-Flores now on two purchases (to include a new build) and two sales and every time she exceeds our expectations. She is communicative, proactive, and always informative with recommendations (including movers, cleaners, lawn maintenance, etc.). We never had to check in to make sure things were on track, she always kept us up to date with progress and changes. When giving us Congratulations cookies, she even remembered that one of our kids has food allergies and found a gluten-free gift - so thoughtful! We will miss being able to use her in the future since we will be out of state, but would recommend Mandi to anyone without reservation - she really is the best.

    From the onset of selling our house, Shannon and team were active and knowledgeable about where to price, when to list, marketing the property, and offered professional help in staging our house.
