I feel lucky that I found my first home with such a knowledgeable person realtor Mr. Sam. I was a novice in house search as I was looking for the house first time in my life. Mr Sam helped me by clarifying each and every details in granular layers with layman terms. He explained both the pros and cons of each options that comes in between. This really helped me to make a wise decision. If I buy another home again then I will go with Sam again. :)
