    For years we held off on purchasing a new home due to how overwhelming of a process it seemed like every time we entertained the idea. Not to mention, with a family of 6 and all of the moving parts it almost didnt even seem feasible to close on the sale of our home AND the purchase of our new home on the same day. However, our experience with David while he did indeed make that happen, was awesome from beginning to end. His availability, communication, transparency, and overall helpfulness was no less than 5 stars! Best realtor ever!!!

    David Sawka is amazing! My husband and I just purchased our first home. Being first time home buyers we didn’t know much…we didn’t have to though! David was always organized, punctual, and a great communicator. He walked us through all the steps and made it really easy for us! He is very knowledgeable and really looked out for us. Made sure to ask all the questions we wouldn’t know to ask when looking at different homes. 10/10 I highly recommend working with him!!!

    Both the buying and selling process with Livian DFW was excellent. Moving and dealing with the financials can be stressful. This team does an excellent job at managing the entire process, both in their communications and ensuring that all stay atop of what is needed to mitigate delays and make the transactions as seamless as possible.As the listing agent, Jesse Showalter did an excellent job and maintaining communications, working with the other agents involved and getting to a good compromise between all parties. He and the team made sure they were available to answer questions and assist whenever needed. We had a few bumps in the road and he was there to help address and ensure we remained on our desired schedule.Although I hope to not move again in the near future, I would definitely utilize the same team and highly recommend for anyone seeking an agency to buy or sell your home!

    Terrific group! They thought of everything! They planned and executed a strategy that sold our house for a great price in 2 days in a buyers market.     Mark Wise is an excellent realtor. He helped us find and buy a beautiful home in the Dallas area in a very short time.     I had Kris Weiss as my Agent to sell my home in 2008. At that time I had just gotten divorced. She was amazing in every way. She made me feel like I was the only person she was working for at the time, even though I am sure there were many. Thank goodness she was very familiar with the area of Flower Mound. If not, I could have purchased a home that had many many foundation problems, that were not disclosed. She was never too busy to answer any questions or concerns I had.     DAVID SAWKAMy husband and I listed our home for sale by owner (FSBO) on Zillow for two weeks without one phone call from anyone interested in buying our home. I did receive phone calls from realtors and decided to interview five of them in our home. Out of the five, David Sawka, a realtor with Livian Keller Williams, was the realtor that stood out the most to us. We chose him to list our home because of his professionalism, expertise, and honesty along with his calm mannerism. David had a very detailed approach as to what we could expect throughout the whole process. He assured us he would get the best price for our home that the market would allow and the selling and closing process would go smoothly because of the great Team he had working with him. Wow…was he right on! Our home received eight offers the very first weekend it was listed. From the moment we received the offers, David and his Team went to work with professionalism and great, constant communication as well as negotiating the best deal for us. The Team was very quick in resolving an issue due to our part not being able to locate our Trust paperwork that was needed in order to sell our home. The Team provided a lawyer for us to get the necessary paperwork filed and they sent a notary to our home to continue the process all with ease. When it was time for closing, David and the Team made it so easy for us again by sending a closing agent to our home without having to drive in to North Dallas.     Wonderful experience, first time buying a home I got a hold of Ashley from a co-worker who was familiar with them. Every time I had a question in my head, her next sentence would answer it.
