    Where do I begin. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I cannot recommend Ryan more. She has been an absolute dream to work with, from understanding my unique situation, being extremely forthcoming and helpful to being a masterful negotiator.     We are a military family and needed to buy a house virtually site unseen and we could not be any happier with the level of service that Ryan Volpe provided. She is great with communication and responded to our questions/concerns within minutes even while she was out of the country. We are first time home buyers and she made the whole process painless and simple! She kept us informed and found many houses for us to view which she personally went to and sent videos and we were able to FaceTime to see the houses as well. We also found houses we liked online ourselves and she set up visits for those as well. She is honest about her opinions of the houses and areas and we trusted her to find a nice house in a safe family friendly area. She advocated for us and made sure repairs were taken care of and ensured the quality of work when things were not up to par. She brought the price of the house down and secured no closing costs for us and recommended a great inspector. We absolutely recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy a home in the San Antonio area!     Ryan was very helpful when we were looking to buy a house in San Antonio while still living in upstate New York. Since we were so far away we were only able to do a virtual walk-through with each house we were interested in. She was very thorough in pointing out any flaws or problems she saw.
