He is very fast and responsive and there was never a moment when either he or someone from his top notch team weren’t available to hold my hand through the process. I had multiple offers on my house within just a few days and a contract in a week. Ruben and his team helped advise me on preparing our house for showing and on pricing. Ruben also has a lot of connections and was able to make excellent referrals and recommendations as we walked through the process of selling my house. I highly recommend Ruben and his team!

Our house needed a lot of work when we started the process & we were super nervous it wouldn’t even sell due to the foundation being repaired & all the stuff that goes along with it. Lyndsie Gourley answered all of our questions and was very clear on what prep work we should do to get the house ready. Having a network to make the necessary updates before selling was great (they did a far superior job than some of the homes we toured). Listing was a bit of a whirlwind with 30 showings in 3 days, but she easily navigated the 16 offers we received within 72 hours of listing. It was a little surreal how much we ended up selling our home for.

Ruben was recommended by my rental management company when I wanted to sell my rental property as I moved out of state. He was very professional, responsive, technology-savvy, and organized my entire condo sale from start to finish even though I was 1000 miles away. He went above and beyond getting multiple bids for a renovation and contracting work I needed before my property could be up for sale, and collected the keys himself from the rental management company. His company concierge-level service! I always felt like his only and/or most important client, with his attention and quick responses. He never pressured me to go with a lower bid, but gave me reasonable market comparables and listened to what I wanted with my sale. He navigated a tricky situation over the Christmas holidays when one of our potential buyers was being persnickety about a inspection finding and wanted a super-quick close. Definitely recommend, especially when you want an experienced professional who will go the extra mile and make the selling process as easy as a few clicks of a button.Katie

Robin Webster rates more than five stars for the amazing service she provided for me a my family.I’m an active duty service member who waited to buy a house at the end of my career. I started the process while still stationed in Arizona and Robin informed us that this was not a problem. She made this process as seamless as possible while never being too busy to answer our calls or return text.I informed Mrs. Webster of our plans fourteen months ago and the didn’t deter her from working with me and my family regardless of the timeframe. Mrs. Webster was extraordinarily familiar with the Houston area and provided valuable recommendations with regard to preferable communities, schools, shopping, amenities, and proximity to highways for our daily commute. The information she provided was far beyond her requirements and fully exceeded our expectations . This was especially important due us being first time homebuyers.She displayed a wealth of knowledge in terms of the actual home buying process and consistently advised us on new listings in a timely fashion.
