Kimberly and Teresa were great to work with and did an exceptional job for us. We thought we were going to have to sell our house in Colorado before we could purchase a home in Gatesville as the sellers didnt want any contingencies. Kimberly suggested we do a bridge loan and set us up with a bank in Waco. We were able to buy the home we wanted with no problems. They went above and beyond for us and we are very appreciative. I highly recommend Kim if you are looking for a place to call your own. I am new to Waco so I didnt have any knowledge about this city. She went out of her way to get the job done. Also, she was always available if I had any questions. I highly recommend her.
