Roxana is an incredible agent that knows the ins and outs of real estate and the market, and brings her all to her clients. She came to us with a solid, confident plan to sell our house. She not only delivered, she knocked it out of the park for us!!We had already tried to sell with a different agent with a different brokerage, for nearly a year with hardly any showings or interest, and 2 low-ball offers. So we were pretty worn out and feeling defeated.Then we met Roxana!! She listed our house and within an hour we had showing requests. We had multiple offers within 3 days, and all above asking price!!
