I had the pleasure of working with Rocio when purchasing my first home. She made the whole process very smooth, worked very close with my loan officer, and helped me make competitive offers to get me and my son our dream home. She is very knowledgeable and was always available to answer all of my questions. Her personality and values makes it even better to work with her. Rocio was amazing! She’s so patient, so willing to help, so knowledgeable, answered every question, and you can tell she truly cares to find the perfect home for you. The market wasn’t the best when we were looking so we were about to give up, but she gave us the hope we needed and couple weeks later our offer got accepted. We are so happy in our new home

Rocio is an incredibly knowledgeable, considerate and responsive real estate agent. I can’t imagine having worked with anyone else to buy a home, especially in today’s incredibly competitive seller’s market. She answered every question, addressed every concern with patience. She took the time to educate us as needed and with every home we looked at (which was a lot), encouraged us to take our time and really look while also pointing out anything we missed. I cant recommend her enough. She is also bilingual so if you need an agent who speaks fluent Spanish, she’s got you covered.

Rocio helped me with the purchase of my first home and I can’t imagine having anyone else walk with me through the process. Rocio is attentive to your needs and extremely patient. She is always staying up-to-date with real estate trends and is knowledgeable in all facets. Rocio answered every question with patience and I never felt pressured or rushed. Even after the purchase, Rocio ensured that I was taking advantage of my tax savings, etc. I highly recommend Rocio as a realtor, plus she speaks Spanish.

I was a first time home buyer and Rocio was SO amazing. I had no experience doing anything like this before, and she made the process so easy - even in the market like this. She gave me sound advice, letme know what each step we needed to take was, explained what it meant and why. She had contacts with people all over this business that were extremely helpful and kind. We started looking at homes at the beginning of August, and I’ve now been in my beautiful home for a week as of October 5th (yay!!). She is a wonderful realtor and a great friend to all. Rocio is an amazing realtor. I used her when I bought my first home and I used her again when I sold my home two years later (due to job relocation).Rocio is authentic and you can tell she really cares about helping you find your dream home more than just trying to make a sale.She was great at negotiating & strategy when we were buyers and again when we became sellers. She really knows her craft and is easy to talk to and very professional. I recommend her when anyone I know ask for a realtor.When we bought our home, we got it for 13k under ask. When we sold our home, we got offers within 24 hours and went under contract the same week with a offer 10k over ask. I will disclose I bought my house pre-covid market boom but her strategy and understanding of the negotiations process really helped with my original purchase. When we sold our home during covid in 2020, she analyzed the market multiple times and helped us find that perfect price that sold fast & started a bidding war.I highly recommend Rocio as a realtor.
