Rob helped my son and me look for his first home, making the process easy, stress-free, and delightful. We saw many homes in various locations in Austin. Rob was always punctual, had a guide on what we were going to see with all the details, and was very prepared with all the stats so we could discuss the property while we were viewing it, leaving us to enjoy the experience and not fumble through our phone for notes, etc. he would also send us an excellent summary after every outing so we could think through any decisions that were made and revisit. There was no question we asked that Rob wasn’t able to answer, but he never persuaded us in any direction. He gave us facts and data to be informed but let us make our own decisions. Once we settled on a house, Rob was excellent at helping us through this lengthy process. He helped us with every detail and took the initiative to make sure we were taken care of, and everyone that was involved was on the same page for our benefit! This was the best part, there are so many pieces to this puzzle, and Rob came through to help us for our benefit only. He 100% is on your side - it really didn’t matter the time or day; he was swift to respond and get on top of any issue. Rob is a great listener and partner in this process, as stressful as it can feel, he was there to make sure we were well taken care of and got us to the finish line, keys in hand, felling excited about his new home.Thank you, Rob! I would give Robert 6 stars if I could!Robert helped my wife and I find a home for rent and did an amazing job. I really could not recommend him and his services enough!Often times you might feel like you are bothering your realtor/broker, but I always felt that Robert truly cared about finding us a place that we loved. He gave us many options to tour and never pressured us to sign for a house we didnt love. He always answered any questions we had over a property, always quickly responded to any texts or emails, and went above and beyond to represent us as his clients.Robert possesses a wealth of knowledge over real estate and the greater Austin area. We are new to the city and Robert was able to guide us around the different areas of the city and find a spot that was a good fit for us.Seriously do yourself a favor and let Robert help you on your search for your new home or rental, we couldnt have done it without it. I was looking for an investment property and he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and then took the lead on identifying properties that were in desirable areas for rentals. He was knowledgable about comparative rents in the areas we were looking and made it easy to decide what to bid on. His strategy paid off when we were able to find a great unit to purchase.
