I worked with Robbie and his transaction coordinator on a purchase loan with one of my clients. The buyers credit score needed a bit of repair, and pre-approval took some time. His down payment was also lower, and so finding a home took some time for his offer to get accepted with over cash offers being made. Robbie handled everything on the real estate side, and having his transaction coordinator made my clients experience very smooth. His patience working with the buyer over a period of time to find the right home was much appreciated. A buyer looking for great service would do well with Robbie and his team.

Robbie was awesome to work with! He made the home buying process as efficient as it could be. He listened to what we were looking for and did everything he could to show us houses that we would like. He personally showed us to over 20 houses and always looked out for our best interest. He continually told us reasons why we should not buy a house and also made sure that the house that we bought was in good condition and a fair price. No complaints at all. If the need arises we would happily work with him again and will also recommend him for anybody that we know that needs a local realtor.

My only regret is that I cant give Robbie 10 stars instead of just 5 stars...What he did was way above and beyond what I might have expected.First, he got me $22,000 more than another agent had said was probably the most we could expect for the property. The other agent was the one who sold us the house in the first place and of whom I had the utmost respect for, but I just couldnt come out financially.Second, Robbie promised to get me a price I would be comfortable with and never wavered...even when everything seemed to be virtually impossible. He negotiated and negotiated some more, always looking out for my best interest.I have spoken to friends who also sell real estate who have told me what we were going through with the buyer is very rare or never heard of.... Robbie never gave up and held my hand and that is an understatement, through the whole process...I truly believe you will not find a more patient, competent, and professional agent to handle the difficult process of selling your home than Robbie.May God continue to bless you for all you did...(Full Disclosure) I am not related to Robbie in any way...First time I met him was when he put the house on the market.
