In the process of settling the estate of a deceased woman for her invalid sister who lived in another city, we were referred to Robbie. Despite knowing that this sale was complicated by court-required oversight and the need to rectify extensive aspects of the property, Robbie took on this challenge with a positive, encouraging nature. We found him to be available, knowledgeable, professional. He was friendly, professional and client-centric. Robbie helped us buy our first home and then sell it 3 and 1/2 years later. He made the process so easy and painless especially because both times we were moving from or to another state. He was our feet on the ground when we couldn’t be there in person. We trusted him and his opinion so much that we bought our home with out seeing it in person(only via facetime!) But he also was never pushy and let us make our own decisions while throughly explaining everything!
