I have worked with Rica since 2012. She is the most knowledgeable person I have met. She follows through with the agents that show your house to give her clients feedback. She works hard for you to make sure you find what you are looking for or makes sure you sell your house in a timely manner. Since Rica has been my Realtor, I have purchased/sold 12 properties. She is honest, has integrity, friendly, professional and goes out of her way to make sure her clients are satisfied. I trust Rica so much that I have referred to her to my friends if they are looking to buy or sell. I know she will get the job done. I have been working with Rica Greenwood for about five years. She has been extremely patient and professional during the process. She never lost interest in my desire to find the right house. This speaks volumes about her professionalism. When we finally decided on a house to purchase, she provided invaluable guidance during the whole process. She also was responsible for selling our current home. She staged our house and put it on the market very quickly and we had an offer three days after it went on the market. She is extremely proficient in her profession. She made this process so easy. I am extremely happy with her service. She answered all our questions and this helped us achieve our ultimate goal. Super Communicator! Very professional and knowledgeable for all your real estate needs. Rica was our listing agent and went above and beyond and was always inventive of new ways to market our home. Rica is totally understanding of the buyers needs and wants and will fulfill them to the best of her ability.
