Definitely the best realtor to work with, Rene helped me find and purchase my first home while minimizing the amount of stress typically associated with doing so.From finding the right home to closing on it and even dealing with some move-in responsibilities I wasnt aware of; Rene was there to provide a helping hand and advice. As a first time home buyer, I definitely appreciated this and the in-depth explanations Rene was able to provide throughout every step of the way, as I feel I was able to make better educated choices from the many options of lenders/insurance providers/inspectors, etc. available.Rene truly goes above and beyond in helping his clients get the best deals available, for instance with my purchase he was able to help guide negotiations with the home builder to not only reduce the price of the home but also provide some money towards closing and further buying down the lenders interest rate. Alone or possibly even with another realtor, I feel I would have rushed in and not have been able to get such great purchasing conditions as the ones Rene helped secure.All in all, I definitely would recommend Rene to anyone looking to find a place to call home or even looking to get into real estate as he will ensure you are able to find what you are looking for and get you the best terms possible all while making you feel like family.Thanks Rene, I am honored to have been able to work with you and definitely appreciate all the help and advice you have given me. To the BEST realtor we’ve ever met, There’s really no words to explain how Rene Peña made this experience so much easier, faster & amazing. We had Rene help us find our new home but it wasn’t easy lol. He was helping us for over a year trying to find the best home we loved, he always made time for showings no matter the situation he was always there. He loves what he does and it really shows how committed he is to help any one find there dream home.The whole process seemed like a lot cause it really was lol, but with Rene helping and explaining every single little detail made it so much easier. Being first time home buyers we really didn’t know much about closing and all the paperwork that was necessary. I remember needing a couple different forms from my business that had to be done asap and turned in to our loan officer, and Rene took time out of his day/night to help out. I remember not finishing till about 1:30am so when I say he goes above and beyond he really does.100% recommend making Rene Peña your Realtor/New Friend 🤙🏽

I wish I could give 10 stars. Rene Peña is absolutely the best.He streamlined everything so smoothly for myself which is great because I can be quite the overthinker when it comes to decisions with multiple factors. 😅Rene was very thorough when going over everything from start to finish.I felt like all of my concerns were understood and addressed promptly; I truly felt sincerely heard and listened to.I feel that he is very passionate about his work and helping his clients secure their new home.I spoke to a few different real estate agents prior to him, but I didnt want to deal with them. (Their search for my home seemed rather lackluster)This was my first house and will be my familys forever home.Why would I leave that up to chance with someone that isnt invested into what they do?Well let me tell you Rene definetly knows what hes talking about and it shows.By the end of closing he managed to get 34,000 off the asking price for me!!I credit this to his hard work ethic, due diligence and extensive knowledge in realty.(Also his ability to follow through and check every option)Honestly, he has an amazing work ethic that you really just dont see anymore.I have alot of respect for him and I am truly grateful that he helped me find my familys dream home.I highly suggest at least calling him if you need a realtor.PS. His wife was incredibly sweet and put together a welcome home basket which I absolutely loved and greatly appreciate!
