    I met Kevin Reed when we became classmates in Leadership Beaumont. Through that incredible 9 month experience, along with being fellow Rotarians and Chamber Ambassadors, I’ve grown to know and admire his character. I’ve served along side him, and also watched him go above and beyond in his community outreach and service. He has a passion for helping people, and is committed to his word. When we began our home buying journey, he was my immediate choice. Kevin took the time to explain how the process would go, step by step. My husband and I had unique and specific requests that were must haves for our home and he listened and gave us sound advice and guidance. He was prompt and thorough with his communication and kept our best interests first throughout the negotiation process, while being fair and easy to work with. His contracting experience was awesome to have when looking at our potential homes. During a pivotal life stage and stressful time, having someone that you trust as your realtor is immeasurable.

    Kevin made mine and my husbands experience on buying our home super easy and fast! He is super informative and friendly. He always made sure to work around our schedule and was super friendly.     What started out to be a few questions about a home that I wanted to buy from a individual ended up to be a 50+ viewings of different homes over five months. Thanks to Kevin and Dena‘s patience we have finally found me a house and I appreciate all of their efforts. Kevin always looked out for my best interest and grew to know my needs quickly.     Kevin was perfect throughout the entire house buying process for us. He got to know us, what we wanted, where we’d like our kids to attend school, and much more before we looked into buying a home.     Kevin is an amazing realtor, we just closed on house today!!! Our Arizona realtor referred us to Kevin, as we are selling house in AZ. I flew into TX at noon on a Thursday and Kevin had me scheduled for viewing at 2:00, we looked all afternoon, he got a feel for my taste he went home that night and he searched for the right fit listings for Friday. We started looking again at 10:00 and by 2:00 I found the one!!! Kevin had such great input on quality of houses, location, pricing, etc. He put in an offer for us and within an hour it was accepted. Kevin even did the walk thru for us since out of state. He is best realtor in Texas, goes the extra mile for his clients and very caring. Thank you Kevin!!!
