I can’t speak enough about this realtor as she has helped me in so many ways. I live in Tucson, Az and she basically handled everything for me. Everything for getting me in contact with great contractors to helping me deal with my insurance company to ensure repairs were done in a timely manner. I had to fire White Glove Realty as they allowed for my house to be ruined. My roof was in shambles and water in the walls. They failed to do the right thing by their client and luckily Megan was there and came to the residue. If you are in their market to buy, sell, or rent, Megan is your realtor. I would recommend her to all my family and friends in Oklahoma. Use her, you won’t regret it.

We worked with Megan Irwin when buying our second home in Lawton OK. We were on a time crunch for needing a home with in a month for Military reasons. She hit the ground running for us. She helped us find a home that was suitable for our family. She was available when we needed her to be. She communicated her opinion on each home we saw and was informative on her experiences with being a realtor in the area. I have high expectations on the home I will be living in. I gave my husband the ok on the home we chose (I didn’t see the home prior, Bc out of state) so I put my trust in Megan and my husband. We excepted the home, husband did the walk through with her for final approval. Finally on signing day we were able to get the keys and make the new house our home. I was not happy with the way the previous owners left the house (self cleaned), Megan asked for a professional clean previously but the owner declined for a self clean. I contacted Megan and expressed I was not happy. She immediately made everything right with taking care of a professional clean. I was very happy on how that Situation was handled. I would use Megan again for finding a home. I appreciate her hard work and keen eye.

My families situation with building and purchasing our forever home is unlike most. I was referred to Megan by another friend while we were still in Germany in 2021. My family was supposed to purchase our friends house on almost a handshake kind of deal. My friend wanted her house to be sold 7 months before we were willing to purchase. So Megan and I started looking at what other properties were around in the area. My family also has an exceptional need as we have a 10ft. antique pool table that must fit into whatever house we buy. So nothing in the Elgin area was going to work for us. So we started looking into new construction. We found a guy that had lots of land for sale and was also in the process of building houses all over the area. So we had a talk with him and he told my husband and I to find a build plan that we like with minimal adjustments and he can build it. We signed contracts and bought a build plan and paid earnest money in Oct 2021. Our house broke ground about 1 March 2022. There were certain things that my husband and I wanted in our house since it was going to be our forever home. When it came to our metal roof that we were very adamant about, the builder said that his people will not do a metal roof on our house. So before Megan came to us with that information, she searched and called her people and found a company who would do a metal roof for us, but we had to pay for it ourselves. Once our house was done then we had to get financed to buy it. Megans people are amazing and got it figured out for us and we closed on our forever home at the beginning of December!! Even since then she has kept in touch and checked in with us to make sure all is well and there is nothing that we need from her. This was a very long process for us with her and she has kind of become like family. If you ever need anything in the realty business, Megan is your girl!

As investors, it is hard to find an agent that understands what we need. Faith is that agent! While we were unable to close the deal (because of unrealities sellers), Faith worked diligently trying to get this deal closed for us. There is nothing she could have done differently! If you are looking for an investor friendly agent, I would recommend Faith!

I worked with Faith Hernandez and her broker at Red River and could not be more impressed. Faith is calm but fast acting and a staunch advocate for her clients. We are a military family and put an offer on a home sight unseen with her help. We later realized after a visit that the home didn’t meet expectations and she worked with us to get out from under that contract and put an offer on another home (which we now own). She was really helpful at every stage, even after closing. We needed some help checking on the home after we closed and before we moved in and she looked in on it to make sure pipes would not freeze, etc. I look forward to working with her in a few years when we need to sell and recommend her very highly.

Where to start. This realtor is absolutely amazing. My story started with a rental group that i was under contract with but was ignoring all my requests to sell over the course of 2 years. I looked a few realtors and found Meagen. I told her my story and asked for her help. She could have easily refused but she helped me. She stwyed professional the entire time, respecting the rental agency and after doing her research found that i met my obligation in my contract and that they were in fact ignoring me. She took the listing and upon my request found buyers that were qualified and ready to go. My house needed alot of differant work and she facilitated professionals to handle everything quickly and at a great price. Through out the closing process she communicated with me, even when she got super sick she was updating me personally. The house is gone and with a new owner and the stress it was causing me is gone thanks to how great she did her job. If you need an agent to rep you, she is the woman to get it done. I cant express my gratitude enough for how simple and easy she made the process for me when she could have easily ignored me.
