We inherited a house in Austin after the sudden and unexpected death of our son. Anthony Gibson was the realtor who originally sold the home to our son. Since we live out of state, we reached out to him for help and guidance. The house was being rented as our son had taken a job in California. Anthony was familiar with the rental management company, helped us with contacting them and acted as a liaison. When the renters vacated and we decided to sell, Anthony was a valuable resource. He helped with getting the house ready to go to market – painting, clean out, repairs, landscape, staging, etc. He was knowledgeable as to the price fluctuations in the Austin market. We followed his advice in all areas and the house sold in about 10 days or less. He was very sensitive to our situation and truly a blessing to our grieving family. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job. I would highly recommend him.
