Desiree was amazing with providing me with a appraisal adjustment!Her personality was reassuring she provided me with the needed help.I did just as she suggested and the appraiser actually called to do an informal hearing since they were over whelmed with applications, he said with the information submitted he had enough information for a negotiation.He actually accepted way too quick.I jokingly asked him, if he could have accepted a lower offer, his laugh said it all.But this was more than fare vs. what we were looking at.I was lost prior to Desirees help. I will definitely be reaching out in the future if Im in the right financial position for our next purchase.

Desiree was an amazing realtor to work with. She was very professional and courteous and went above and beyond. She showed us countless houses and since I was out of town most of the time, she would go out of her way to pick up my mom and show her houses if I couldn’t be there. She was also there for inspections and walk throughs, when I could not be present and worked with the builder so I didn’t have to. She made the process of buying a house so easy and stress free. If you are looking for an awesome agent in San Antonio, I definitely recommend Desiree. She always has your best interest in mind and will get you the best deal!

With Desirees help, I was able to appeal my recent home appraisal value with a Property Comparison Report and got it dropped back down to my original value! “Dez” helped us sell our parents home after their passing. It was a very difficult & emotional time for our family.
