Ok. Its very rare that I write reviews. My best friend and I were put in contact with Brooke Clark in 2023 through my sister. We were living in New Mexico working on moving to Houston. This was the first time we used a realtor to find a home. Brooke was patient and down to earth and worked hard to find out what we both liked, even though we were still trying to figure out what we liked. It took a couple months before we actually found a house to rent. It was a learning process that I appreciated. We reached out again to her at the end of our current lease. This time it was in person, and it didnt take long. She took her time and figured out what we liked almost before we knew what we liked. She is direct, personable and has a good sense of humor. We found our perfect home! We are so appreciative of her services and highly recommend her.

Elizabeth Burkett goes above and beyond the call of duty! I am not a client of Elizabeths, I am a Realtor on the other side of town!! I had a death in my family and the funeral just so happened to be on the same day as a first-time home buyer closing for one of my own clients. Just like Elizabeth, I believe in providing white glove service for all my clients. I felt guilty that I would not be able to attend my clients closing, so I reached out to the BEST Realtor I know in the Magnolia area, Elizabeth Burkett with Realized Properties. I know that Elizabeth and I share the same morals, values, ethical standards, and professional practices. I explained the circumstance and Elizabeth stepped up to the plate without hesitation or compensation. Did I mention that I reached out on a very short notice? It didnt matter. Our moving process was longggggggg because of different factors but KJ never backed down.
