    I could not wait to post this review on This Man with a Plan! Not just a realtor, but a Broker, Finance Consultant, Counselor, & Logical Guarantor when it comes to buying a home. Mr. Rowe is very personable when it comes to matching you to what you’re financially capable of along with your mental health being in check as you go through the stressful differences home buying comes with. He literally is a 1-man team, he loves what he does be it educating you on how to negotiate your home, the importance of an inspection while he centers himself around patience. Professionalism is he, he takes his job seriously with passion yet gentleness you will enjoy. If you need a genuine Broker who works for himself while holding you accountable, try him. He’ll pick up your stress for you so you can focus on what life throws at you. Do your part & he’ll do his part and then some. I nicknamed the man as: BBRR?! = Best Broker Raoul Rowe

    Ready Front Real Estate was the best choice I couldve made in my home buying process! Raoul was knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive in assisting with my search for my first home. He walked me through every aspect of the process, and even assisted me with finding a 3rd party inspector. Buying in the Austin area right now is not easy, but Ready Front Real Estate made the process as painless as possible and Raoul ensured we found a new construction home that I could afford and with all of my preferences in mind. Will definitely continue to use Ready Front when I sell or buy another home. Raouls knowledge of the area and strong communication skills are invaluable.

    Aside from picking the house we built, working with Raoul was the best decision we made to begin home ownership. He is so knowledgable and his ability to educate us on home buying and home ownership was actually the most valuable thing he provided us. He was readily accessible over the 6 months or so it took us to build our house which was really important to me personally, as I have a lot of questions. If youre looking for someone to take care of you throughout the entire process, look no further than Raoul!

    I had the pleasure to work with Raoul Rowe and I cannot began to tell you how Awesome he is. It was never a time that Raoul was not available to talk to me. I meant that literally because I work at night and he was very accommodating. The weekly email are very helpfully for someone that never brought a home and they are unaware of the process. Because of those videos and the information, we had very little questions. I will be at work and get a text message containing photos and the process of my home. That was definitely the best part since we did not have time to go there often due to work. I closed on my house April 2019, and I continue to keep Raoul busy by referring him to my friends.     Raoul is a professional on every front.Hes knowledgeable about the entire process, he makes sure to hold all parties accountable that are involved, he wont give you a bs answer to your questions, if he doesnt know the answer then he will do the research, he is straight with you about all the ups and downs, he is responsive and punctual, and he is about as charismatic as they come.We will absolutely do business with Raoul again should we buy another house.

    Raoul has been my agent since 2016. We are a military family and we were being stationed in Austin, Tx. We purchased and had a home built in Manor, Tx while we were still living in Arizona. Thats when Raoul stepped in for us and made sure everything was executed on time and right. He would send awesome pictures and videos of our home during its building process. We moved in and everything went great. We still kept in touch over the years when I had any real estate questions.Fast forward 4 years later... we are being stationed in Washington next and needed to sell our home. Raoul once again stepped in and was a tremendous help navigating us through the selling process. With COVID-19 making closing harder, he was there to reassure me every step of the way. He was the levelhead I needed when I was going on my stressed out tangents of what if this happens or this happens. He would answer my questions within mins and I probably asked hundreds of questions. He never made me feel like I was a bother or any question was a dumb question he answered them all. I felt as if I was his only client because he was promptly there anytime I needed him.He is the whole package... very knowledgeable in real estate, great photographer, great videographer, great counselor when it comes to talking you off the edge with these real estate stresses! haha!
