    We hired Razelle to sell our parents house that were moving to a senior living community. I have dealt with Realtors in the past and have had so-so results with most of them. I can honestly say that Razelle was FAR beyond what we were looking for. Our parents were in a unique situation with selling their house and Razelle was very patient with them and walked them through all of the steps along the way. She was always there to help with the process including checking in on the house when it had rained, as our parents were no longer living in the home.     If you need a realtor thats going to get the job done ,then I would totally recommend Razelle Smith for the job. She is very good at building a relationship as well as communications with all her clients. When it comes to looking for the right home for you ,Razelle will make sure of it. You need a realtor thats not only going to build a relationship with you but also build portals and always have a home schedule planner to give you the day of the appointment. Razelle was always on point when it came to all those things. She was always asking questions when it came to your ideas in a home and she always had answers to your question/questions and if she didnt she made sure to get back to you on a timely manner with those answers. She was always on time on all of our appointment days. Razelle made this a great experience for us especially it being our first time purchasing a home.

    I have done business with Razelle for 15 years. She has always been very hard working, covering a lot miles everyday to assist her clients. When my wife and I decided to return to the Houston we knew it would be in Montgomery or another outlying county in the NW quadrant, Razelles backyard. The market was extremely short of supply and she ran down lots of leads and submitted a few offers before we stumbled upon an extremely favorable deal.     Razelle is the best! Top 1% in work ethics!We buy and sell a lot of real-estate, Razelle has helped us with many deals selling and buying.On our first deal we were young investors about to make a mistake on a purchase, Razelle advised us to keep looking we could do better. She was right, she found us a better property for less.On our last deal we were the seller, the home needed a specialized repair the lender required. I was unable to find a vendor that performed this service. Razelle did, gave me the info and I hired theme. Meanwhile the buyer had a divorce issue pending causing the deal to drag out for some time. Razelle took the time to keep the vendor updated as to prevent us from having to pay for the repair till closing.
