Quoc was our realtor for buying a new-to-us-home. He met with us in person to get to know us and gathered information on the house features desired by my husband and me. He sent us links to houses that matched our search criteria and also was readily willing to schedule showings for us during the day and evening. He had and explained all the paperwork for making the offers and when we were in a bind, even helped us find a lender. He kept us informed every step of the way, with the good and the bad news!! We enjoyed our experience so much, we also had Quoc help us with selling our property. He explained different aspects of the selling process and answered a lot of questions since this was our first sale. He had a professional photographer who took pictures that made our house look even more beautiful than it was. He even made a cool promotional video. We had an amazing open house right after we listed. He attended both days which isnt common these days for listing realtor to be at open houses. We had several offers come in since the listing was posted and were able to accept an offer and close very quickly. Definitely consider Quoc for either buying or selling!!

Quoc was such a wonderful realtor from start to finish! He was very proactive at each meeting and had a lot of questions for our builder we didn’t even think to ask. He showed up early each time as well. Glad to have him part of our first home buying experience.

If youre looking for a real estate agent that will go above and beyond to help you sell or buy a home, look no further! Quoc will help you every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and carries himself in a professional manner. Selling or buying a home can be very stressful, right? Not with Quoc! He makes the experience fun and teaches you things about the real estate market along the way.I had the pleasure of working with Quoc back in June 2022. He was able to list my home within a week and we received 20+ offers over asking price after only 2 days! Hes a marketing genius and has the charm and charisma that you cant teach. Throughout the closing process, he made sure to always look out for our best interest and point out all discrepancies.
