I have had great results with their reports! The reports are easy to produce and I submit them with the isettle and I get great results without having to even to show up in person. Highly recommend!

I contacted John, the owner, late last week when I was having trouble generating a report form his website.Almost immediately I had a return email stating that there was problem with the software and he would let me know when it was fixed.I then tried to run my report on Sunday, as I had my ARB meeting on Tuesday, and received a message on the website that they were unable to find enough information to generate my report and to contact them.I contacted John, by email, and explained my predicament of a short time frame before my meeting and gave him my contact info and with-in 10 minutes he called me to let me know that I could still file my Homestead exemption for 2015 and that would knock down the very large increase in my appraised value.This was all done, while he knew that he would not make a penny off of helping me!I cant say enough of how this impressed me and with customer service like this he I think he will have a very long and successful business!Thanks again John!
