Ariel made purchasing our first home a wonderful experience. We had a time limit to purchase our home, and she was accommodating through the whole process. She is readily available when you need her by text, call, or email. If we wanted to view a home, she was quick to make it happen. She gives good, sound advice. She made sure she understood our wants and needs and was able to help us negotiate to get the house we wanted. Because of her, closing went smoothly. She is very friendly, professional, and efficient. We definitely recommend her and hope to work with her again in the future.

Not only did she do an outstanding job in marketing the home and negotiating the sale, but she also helped us beforehand in overseeing repairs due to the winter storms, as we live out of town. My sisters and I will be forever thankful for her excellent work during an extremely difficult time for us.

In the spirit of full disclosure, Teresa Weirich is my daughter-in-law, and while I knew that she would do a great job selling my home on Inks Lake, she exceeded my expectations in terms of make-ready, marketing, negotiations, and coordinating the deliverables for the sale. She kept me apprised of the status, and handled every detail so that I did not have to worry about the sale. Teresa is also a very analytical, which is important to me, as the financial scenarios allowed me to discuss my options with my children. Id recommend that you interview Teresa if you are interested in highly personalized service from start to finish.

I was working with Mr.Paul Stuart and he made what could have been a very complicated and stressful experience much smoother than expected. He was very good about maintaining contact, explaining things, and if I had a question he did not have the answer to, he would research and call others to find out in a very timely manner. I felt he had my best interest in mind through the entire process and was always good about explaining his reasoning. He and his legal team also fought for us, making sure the other party understood their legal obligations in certain matters.Buying a house can be stressful, confusing and tiresome, however his help and guidance made the process much less stressful then it could have been.I would highly recommend phyllis browning company and Mr. Stuart for your housing needs.

I love Cindy so much! She feels like family at this point. Cindy helped us by our first home five years ago when we were young and ignorant on the buying process. She took care of us the entire step of the way and we were extremely satisfied with everything. My husband is military and unfortunately it is time for us to move on. We have done multiple land and home buys and sells with Phyllis Browning, with nothing but outstanding experience at every turn. Dwaine and Judith Rivers are truly best in class: their insight, integrity, communication, connection, and follow-through has been excellent throughout.On this most recent transaction, we worked with the Rivers for well over a year before finally opting to buy versus build. That lengthy of a period is something I suspect many realtors would have pushed to the back-burner in their response time, but the Rivers understood our thought-process and proved to be wonderful partners. PBC is a terrific organization, rich in talent, which I recommend without reservation.

I had the pleasure of working with Eric Christianson after just parting ways with our previous realtor due to lack of commitment and communication. Let me tell you this was the best decision I ever made. Eric was always there to answer my calls, texts, and emails. He always kept me informed and was always ready to go take a look at homes with us. He also kept the pressure and communication flowing with my lender who was not the sharpest tool in the shed and was very forgetful to say the least. At the end of this process it was because of Eric that we closed on our beautiful home. As a first time homebuyer Eric made this process a breeze and is an actual realtor looking out for his client and not one just who is just posting on Instagram working for builders trying to get you into a new home.
