My brother and I inherited a property in the Dallas area that turned out to be a tremendously challenging situation, including six months of an eviction process and a messy title. After struggling with another agent, we reached out to Cassandra and her team at Phillips Price Realty. Itd be hard to write out everything her team did to help us without this becoming an essay. We live in Oregon, so her teams role rapidly expanded beyond that of the agents weve worked with for our investment properties here at home. The short list includes coordinating with our lawyers and the constable regarding the eviction, the code enforcement officer about the mess people had left in the home, the contractors and workers that cleaned the home out, the neighbors, and the expansive group of their other contacts for all the unexpected headaches that arose throughout the process. Long of that short, I had spent eight months working to get the property sold before we recruited Cassandra and her team. She had the place cleaned out and sold in three months thereafter. She is amazing. Her team is amazing. Theyre responsive, responsible and emotionally supportive. I cant sing her praises loud enough. If youre looking for a realtor team, they would be an excellent choice.And furthermore, their team helps fund a food pantry for families of the local high school, and a portion of her proceeds from our sale went toward that resource. So, working with her team is a benefit to the local community as well.
