As a first time home owner, the process of selling my home was something I had never experienced and didn’t know where to start. From the initial conversation I had with Liz Padilla, she was very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of all of my questions and concerns. Liz answered all of my questions in a manner that was easy to understand. Once the sales process started, Liz provided frequent and consistent updates that allowed me to have piece of mind knowing where we were in the process and what our next steps would be. Liz Padilla realtor was a God send she was absolutely a professional. When things got tough with all the counter offers and legality’s. Liz took the time to patiently explain to us in layman’s terms so that we would understand. Liz stood firm along side of all our back and forth decisions. Handling three owner’s when selling the home she had her hands full. We appreciate all the patience late night after hours calls and text to keep us informed throughout the process! I definitely would recommend and use her in the future!

After my parents passing I received several letters in the mail from investors. I was skepitcal of many and after receiving a few bids and one failed closing with another investor I called Liz. Liz met up with me the very next day after my call to her. She met me at the property, inspected it the same day and presented an offer on the spot which was better than those prior to calling her. She closed quickly and was very understanding of the situation. Anytime I reached out to Liz no matter a phone call or text she was there immediately to answer any questions. If you are in a similar situation dont hesitate and call Liz.

Selling a home can be stressful to say the least. Im so glad that we chose Liz Padilla to be our agent. She not only answered our many, many questions, she did so after hours so that we wouldnt have to stress until the next business day for an answer. What I respect the most, is that she was honest when she wasnt sure about something. Im not sure, but Ill find out. That goes a long way with me.
