Just over five years ago my husband and I found our first house with John Patterson’s help. We had a wonderful experience and everything went smoothly and we felt very comfortable with John’s experience and help. Just recently we called him up again and got his help selling our first house. The experience like last time was great! Being brand new to the selling process it was intimidating but John has been great. He answered all our questions promptly and took time to explain the process clearly to us. One of John’s strongest abilities was his communication with us. He informed us of each step in the process and if anything changed he let us know immediately. He is a down to earth kind of guy with a great work ethic and a fun sense of humor. We felt comfortable asking anything about the whole process. Our house sold quickly and we were very pleased with how he managed the market. Even after our house was sold and we were in the packing process he sent us pizza to make life a little easier for us. I would absolutely recommend him to my closest friends and family and to anyone else! If you need to buy or sell a house the Patterson Reality Team will take care of you!

John and Raquel have been excellent to work with. John was always available to answer any question, no matter how large or small. Raquel made sure that our home got maximum exposure on social media and real estate sites. They are easy to work with, gave expert advice and make a great team. They are very knowledgeable in real estate procedures. They have become good friends, not just real estate agents.

Well first of all I want to thank John and Raquel for helping me to sell my house that I have been in for overn10 years it got to a point where I just wanted to sell and shake it a loose John asked me every day is this what you wanted I told him Yess!! John was like hey I can sell it I told him yesss!! So he ssold my house yaaaa!! Next step I needed a place to stay so John and Raquel found me a wonderful place to stay the two dining rooms large backyard fireplace and Tile floor and Garden Tub What else do I need so perfect and beautiful !! And they have all my friends aboard what I am scared with...It time for me to buy another house and John and Raquel will be there but am I ready??
