His education as a mathematician provides a level of understanding of finance and the market that is far beyond his peers, and his advice on housing and interest rates will be saving me massively in the future. I trust his integrity too, which is vital in this field.

I was very pleased with my experience with Todd and his company. He is very responsive, upfront and trustworthy. Bottom line I got a good vibe from him from the get go and I never felt like he was giving me the run around (which is rare in my opinion). We spoke with and received quotes from several real estate investors in the area but Todd is the only one we felt comfortable working with. I highly recommend him.

Never have I had a better landlord that takes care of me and really cares about me, not just as a tenant but as a person. Proud to be a repeat customer and to call Todd my friend. Panda bear is the BEST home rental company in Shreveport/Bossier City. Hands down.
