Our experience was excellent working with Pam Powell through the sale of our house. Pam managed several advertising platforms to market our house to the appropriate buyer group along with her personal networking with other real estate professionals to promote our property. She was in communication with us with all updates in activity, sharing current market activity relevant to us and keeping track of our feelings from listing to closing. Ive had the pleasure of working with Pam on multiple occasions: the first experience being ten years ago when I was buying my first home and, recently, in a series of selling and purchasing of homes for myself, my parent in-laws AND my grandparent in-laws! In my home-buying process, Pam has patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions expediently and provided insight into considerations that I never would have come up with myself. She is kind, thoughtful and well-spoken. She was never pushy about any particular home, made every effort to meet and view houses according to our schedule and shared both positive and negative traits of each house for us to consider. Pam was diligent about each sale posting verbiage: there were homes for sale that were above the market price and she would point out what features of that house justified or shouldnt have qualified for that price listing. I am very thankful with how well she facilitated purchase of our current home with all of its challenges: a sought-after home with multiple bids within hours of its posting, a hiccup in my home-selling process due to buyer back-out and several exchanges with the seller to reach mutual agreements. My home-selling process was a breeze thanks to Pam, she helped me identify the appropriate selling price by taking into consideration my home improvements and location appeal. She showed me that she was more interested in making the right choices and not just profit margins when she provided guidance on why over-pricing a home was not beneficial to neither a buyer or seller. I still keep in touch with Pam and happily recommend her as an esteemed realtor to my friends and family: she is a wonderful, thoughtful, diligent and kind-hearted and I owe many thanks for all the positive experiences working with her throughout the years.

Pam did an excellent job on helping my wife and I in purchasing our home. We were from out of town so Pam arranged 4 appointments for us to view on a cold and rainy Saturday in an out-lying area which started mid morning and ended after 4:00. Long day but she was very patient, informative, and helpful in every manner. We ended up making an offer the next week of which we could not be happier from our 1st phone call with her through the closing and she still is at our service today. She just keeps moving forward. She will literally go out of her way to the the best she can for her clients, she is very honest and will be straight forth with you, she has the ability to provide options when you hit a wall.
